1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided by 333d, including the website at 333d.click, mobile applications, and any related platform features. By accessing 333d, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the 333d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and 333d. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

333d reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of 333d following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility

To use 333d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 333d strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 18. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be accessing 333d as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use of 333d for professional or commercial gambling operations is prohibited without explicit written agreement.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 333d or any associated responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or play.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition on gambling in your jurisdiction. Players are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to them.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or associate of 333d or any of its software, game, or payment providers.

333d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to restrict, suspend, or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account at 333d. Duplicate accounts, or accounts sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or household with another account, may be treated as related accounts. 333d reserves the right to merge related accounts, void duplicate bonus claims, and restrict or close duplicate registrations.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 333d will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs because of your failure to keep login credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 333d account.
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact 333d support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your knowledge.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets through your account.

333d may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any other point it deems necessary. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 333d are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 333d does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 333d's control.

Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

• Deposits are credited to your 333d wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider, typically within minutes.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can afford to use for gaming purposes.
• 333d does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or payments in any currency other than PKR.
• Any deposits identified as potentially fraudulent or made through unauthorised payment instruments will be held pending investigation and may be voided.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 333d are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Unverified or partially verified accounts may experience delays until required documentation is submitted and reviewed.

333d reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests. This may include requesting documentation to verify the source of funds, identity confirmation, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed during these checks.

• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Only your real money balance (minus any active bonus restrictions) is available for withdrawal.
• 333d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing options, where available, may carry a fee which will be disclosed before confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before processing begins. Once processing has started, the request cannot be reversed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 333d are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply to all 333d promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless a promotion explicitly states differently.
• The welcome bonus is available only to new 333d accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Existing accounts cannot claim the welcome bonus again under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its specific terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 10x the bonus amount.
• Wagering with bonus funds must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining after the expiry date are removed without notice.
• 333d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be removed mid-wagering unless evidence of abuse is found.

333d monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, which includes placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially complete wagering requirements without genuine risk. Accounts identified as abusing bonus terms will have bonuses voided and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 333d are subject to 333d's sporting rules, which govern event settlement, void events, live betting, accumulator calculations, and disputes. The following core rules apply across all sports betting markets.

• Bets are accepted and settled based on the official result of the relevant event. 333d uses official governing body results (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.) as the source of settlement.
• If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability. 333d does not guarantee availability of in-play markets for any specific fixture or moment. Accepted in-play bets will be honoured.
• Obvious errors in odds — including odds that are manifestly incorrect due to technical errors — do not constitute valid bets. 333d reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices before settlement.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be placed on separate events. Correlated outcomes (e.g., match result and correct score from the same match) may be rejected or settled under specific rules depending on the event type.

Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and other domestic competitions — follow specific cricket betting rules covering Super Overs, DLS method results, and player-specific markets. Full cricket betting rules are available in the FAQ section.

8. Casino & Table Games

Casino and table games at 333d — including baccarat, Teen Patti (Classic, Joker, Muflis, AK47, Speed, and VIP variants), fishing games, and any other games added to the platform — operate under the following terms.

• RNG (Random Number Generator) games use independently certified random number generation to determine all game outcomes. 333d does not influence or manipulate RNG game results.
• Live dealer games are dealt by trained professional dealers on live video. Card dealing is performed transparently and on camera. 333d does not interfere with live dealing outcomes.
• Session history and hand records for all casino games are available in your account history for review. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the session, with the session date and game reference provided.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round will be resolved according to the platform's technical fault protocol. This may result in the round being voided and the bet returned, or the round being completed when connectivity is restored.
• Side bets available on certain table game variants are settled independently from the main game result. Refer to the rules displayed at each table for side bet specific terms.

9. Referral Programme

333d's Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn rewards by inviting new players to register. The following rules govern participation in the referral programme.

• Referral bonuses are earned when a referred player registers using your unique referral link, completes account verification, makes a qualifying deposit, and places a qualifying first bet.
• Referral rewards are currently Rs 3,000 per successful referral, paid to both the referring player and the referred new player as bonus credit.
• Self-referrals — using your referral link to create additional accounts for yourself or someone in the same household — are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of referral rewards and potential account restriction.
• 333d reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts, qualifying conditions, or to suspend the referral programme at any time. Referrals that have already been verified and credited before any change are not affected.
• Referral rewards credited as bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless the current referral programme terms state otherwise. Check the Refer a Friend page for current terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

333d takes its responsibility to players seriously and provides a range of tools to support responsible gaming behaviour. These tools are available to all account holders through the account settings panel and include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set and lock. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — alerts when you have been actively playing for a defined period, helping you stay aware of how long you've been on the platform.
• Loss limits — caps on your net losses over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily excluding yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect within 24 hours.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

333d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances under which 333d may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or verification
• Holding more than one account on the platform
• Evidence of or suspicion of bonus abuse, including self-referrals or artificial wagering
• Evidence of fraudulent payment activity or use of stolen payment instruments
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform
• Breach of any other condition of these Terms

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the player's last verified payment method after any applicable investigation is completed.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 333d's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method before closure.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333d platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, sound files, and video content — is the property of 333d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 333d platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any 333d content without prior written permission.

The 333d brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 333d. Unauthorised use of 333d trademarks in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses from sports bets, casino games, or any other real-money game on the platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the 333d platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside 333d's control
• Any loss resulting from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment providers or banking systems
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of 333d

333d's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall in any event not exceed the net deposits made by that player to 333d in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

333d makes no warranties that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and network are adequately protected.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

333d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using 333d, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, payment information, transaction history, betting history, device information, and communications with 333d's customer support team. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

333d will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties as required to operate the platform, including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

333d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 333d will where practicable notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 333d following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Real money balances will be returned subject to the withdrawal process described in Section 5.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

333d operates under a valid international gaming licence. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 333d shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which 333d holds its licence, except where overriding local consumer protection laws apply.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact 333d's customer support team in the first instance. Most disputes are resolved quickly and informally through direct contact. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to 333d's formal complaints procedure by emailing support@333d.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint", providing your account details, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant evidence.

333d will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 business days, unless the matter requires extended investigation. Players dissatisfied with 333d's final resolution may seek independent dispute resolution through the relevant alternative dispute resolution body recognised under 333d's licence terms.
